The 2019 vintage of Domaine Chante Alouette Cormeil marks an important milestone: it is our first wine certified Bee Friendly, reflecting our commitment to biodiversity. This wine also comes from the second year of conversion to organic farming, demonstrating our dedication to environmentally respectful production.
This wine was tasted and rated by the Belgian review "Vins et Terroirs Authentiques", known for its blind tastings and rigorous selection of wines.
Tasting notes:
An intense ruby color with an open rim showing slight evolution.
Flattering, refined, and well-rounded, the nose quickly reveals aromas of preserved fruits (plum, cherry), enhanced by delicately biscuity and creamy notes.
On the palate, the wine is expressive with a fine texture. Flavors of cooked fruits (red and black berries) emerge right from the attack.
This well-developed wine, with a delicate body, is supported by a fine, balancing acidity. The finish is fairly persistent, smooth, and charming.
