A seamless assembly of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon from the northernmost reaches of St. Emilion, the grapes from these two plots have been fashioned into wine by the Delol family since 1818. Held back until perfectly mature, this refined but earth-informed red speaks of the subtle mysteries which make great wine great. Thankfully, its price is also of another time - think Bordeaux futures pricing from the 1990s! Less than 5 cases remain.
