SAINT EMILION CHATEAU DU JOUR CHATEAU OF THE DAY
Nous participons à l'opération "château du jour" initiée par l'office de tourisme de Saint Emilion, le
Mardi 23 Décembre, Samedi 27 Décembre et Mardi 30 Décembre.
La visite et la dégustation sont gratuites et nous vous remercions de nous contacter afin de vérifier les
disponibilités.
Les visites en français ont lieu à:

Samuelle Delol, Yves Delol, vous accueilleront et vous expliqueront l'histoire de leurs propriétés
familiales, le travail des vignes en agriculture biologique et certifiées Bee Friendly.
Nous sommes à l'écoute pour répondre aux questions sur la vinification, la dégustation, les différents
millésimes disponibles.
Nous sélectionnons 2 millésimes à vous présenter lors de la dégustation afin de vous montrer le
caractère de chaque année, l'influence des conditions climatiques sur le style du vin, son évolution
dans le temps (sa couleur, ses arômes).
Nous vous donnerons des conseils sur les conditions de stockage des bouteilles dans votre cave, le
potentiel de garde d'un millésime à l'autre, ainsi que sur la dégustation et l'accord avec un repas.
Si vous êtes de passage dans la région de Saint Emilion à toute autre période de l'année, n'hésitez pas
à nous contacter car nous organisons des visites dégustations gratuites toute l'année
(week end et jours fériés inclus) pour des individuels ou des petits groupes (15 personnes maxi l'hiver).
Nous sommes un vignoble "dog friendly" et c'est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons avec votre
chien, merci simplement de le préciser lors de votre réservation par mail ou par téléphone.

Samuelle Delol and Yves Delol will welcome you and explain the history of their family estates
and their work in organic and Bee Friendly certified vineyards.
We are happy to answer any questions you may have about winemaking, tasting, and the different
vintages available.
We select two vintages to present to you during the tasting in order to show you the character of each
year, the influence of climatic conditions on the style of the wine, and its evolution over time (its color
and aromas).
We will give you advice on how to store bottles in your cellar, the aging potential of each vintage, as
well as tasting and pairing with food.
If you are visiting the Saint Emilion region at any other time of the year, please do not hesitate to
contact us as we organize free tasting tours all year round (including weekends and public
holidays for individuals or small groups (maximum 15 people in winter).
We are a dog-friendly vineyard and will be delighted to welcome you and your dog.
